Gulf Coast based Fine Artist Beth Stage spends most weekends exploring the beaches of the Emerald Coast and boat camping with her family and dogs in the cove near Fort McRee, Pensacola Florida, where she draws her inspiration for painting from the surrounding beauty. Beth is best recognized for her charcoal commission portraiture of people, places, and animals. Despite spending many years and hundreds of commissions creating in black and white, Beth has long desired to create art in the vibrant color she sees in nature. Seeking a new medium, she began exploring acrylic, watercolor, oil pastels and eventually discovering her new love, oil painting.
